For 67 years, Paliria has been cooking Authentic Greek and Mediterranean recipes with passion and care , which travel all over the world! Its famous dolmades are still hand-rolled by experienced artisans who wrap over 1,800,000 dolmades every day to meet the needs of 60 countries.
One of the factors behind this great success is Paliria’s dedication to quality and its constant search for improvement, both in the raw materials of its meals and in the packaging it uses. In this context, they approached our company looking for a solution for quality control of metal packaging. Knowing the importance of the double seam in metal containers, we proposed an integrated measurement & control system consisting of:
- The SEAMscan SPC optical system by CMC-KUHNKE by INDUSTRIAL PHYSICS, a solution trusted by thousands of companies around the world.
- The TBS-4 double seam cutting system by QUALITY BY VISION by INDUSTRIAL PHYSICS, for clean cuts without burrs.
- The Visionary SPC software with which a complete recording of the measurements, statistical analysis of the results in comparison with each production and the creation of PDF reports can be made.
