The Vacuum Leak Tester (VLT) is the solution for sample testing of vacuum packed products such as coffee, rice and yeast.
These vacuum packed products have a rigid shape and each pack is similar to the next. To make the space surrounding the product as small as possible, we create a custom membrane to embrace the packaging and search for micro
leaks. The membrane is FDA-approved and works so efficiently, the VLT can find even the smallest leaks during random testing. The Vacuum Leak Tester eliminates the need for 24 or 48 hours of storage. All results can be exported and switching to a different packaging size or type is easy and fast by changing the clock head and base.
