Description
LT Leak Tester is designed for the examination of airproof properties of packages, containers, bags, pipes that are used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electrical and electronic industries, etc.
LT Leakage Tester complies with ASTM D3078 and GB/T15171 standards. The system is composed of the mainframe and the vacuum chamber. In a test, the sample is placed into a vacuum chamber with water and the air above the water level is evacuated by a venturi vacuum ejector.
A great pressure difference is created inside and outside the sample and any slight leakage can be observed and identified when the sample is inflated.
The LT-0x series includes 3 models, depending on the control mode:
- LT-01 with analog pressure indication
- LT-02 with digital pressure display and adjustable test duration
- LT-03 with touch screen and the ability to store results
- Vacuum adjustment range: 0 to -90kPa (-13psi)
- Timer (LT-02 & LT-03 models only)
- Memory for recording results (LT-03 model only)
- Container size: 210mm x Φ270mm (possibility of construction and other sizes)
