Description

The easy-to-use AXL-3000 tester measures the axial load resistance of cans. After being placed into the testing position, the can is gradually forced upward against the upper plate. The can crumples after it can no longer withstand the increase in load force. The speed of the elevator may be easily adjusted. Spacers may be added to adjust the space between the can support and the upper plate. The force pressure value is displayed on the TFT color touch screen or the data may be transferred to a plantwide data collection system or into Visionary QCTM or other data acquisition software.

The models of the Axial Load Tester are:

-the AXL-3050 with a maximum load of 500kg (5000N)
-the AXL-3100 with a maximum load of 1000kg (10000N)
-the AXL-3180 with a maximum load of 1800kg (18000N)
