Description
Universal handheld torque tester for testing closure torque and top load on child-resistant closure. Cap testing fitment – contains 2 parts:
- Universal support that holds the cap fitments. Cap fitments are held by magnets for quick exchange.
- Cap fitments: In any size up to D40 mm. with 12 serrations (useable with any number of serrations that is a multiple of 12).
Over 40 mm cap diameter or for special closures custom cap adapters are available. Cap fitments are easy to change without any tool, as they are held by magnets.
SmartLoadCell units can be connected to any Android smartphone (or tablet) via Bluetooth (over Android 4.4). The SmartLoadCell application offers a wide range of test modes and test settings. Results can be stored, reviewed, and sent to pc. On your PC you can also convert results to csv-file (excel compatible), display the results with graphs, statistical analysis of the results, and create reports from the individual results or from the statistical analyses.
The torque tester is shipped calibrated, with a traceable calibration certificate and three (3) years warranty.
