Fizeta is producing carbide tipped circular saw blades in all diameters and number of teeth which are used today in the production and processing of aluminium. Each tool is result of an accurate initial study, taking into consideration the requirements of the customer, the production problems and the safety norms. The continuous controls during the brazing of the teeth guarantees a perfect execution of this delicate step during the production.

Tooth Form:

• M10P:  To cut full sections or thick profiles of material
• M10N: To cut thin profiles of material
• Μ10C: To cut thin profiles of material with particelar problems of flash
• M10P.A: To cut thin profiles of material with particular problems of flash of deformation
• M10G: To cut full sections or thick profiles or alloy material

The cutting speed varies in function of the material to be cut and his geometrical form (from 30m/sec to 90 m/Sec).

The pitch of the blade T is the distance between one tooth and the other. Therefore, having the same blade diameter, the pitch is bigger with less number of teeth and smaller when having a high number of teeth. The section of the piece to be cut determines in most cases the pitch and consequently the number of teeth of the saw blade.

The use of noise reduced saw blades is becoming more and more common especially for cutting billets, solid material and big profiles. Special designed cuts in the saw body allow decreasing sensibly the resonance of the body during the cutting operation and gives advantages due to less noise. The nois reduced blades have above that also a general advantage in tool life due to the mirror vibration during the cutting process.
